Taiwanese Economy out of Middle Income Trap: A Conversation

This event features the cross-disciplinary conversation between Shirley Lin and Professor Chen Tain-jy from National Taiwan University. Professor Chen is a renew economist and former Minister of National Development Council. He just published the book Taiwanese Economy out of Middle Income Trap 1990-2020. In the conversation, Professor Chen and Shirley Lin will discuss Taiwan’s economic development path over the past two decades and its challenges ahead.
