林夏如教授，美國維吉尼亞大學國際關係訪問教授，長期任教於香港中文大學。林教授也是布魯金斯學會外交政策項目非常駐資深研究員和堅韌社會再造委員會亞太中心主席，致力於籌建後疫情時代之經濟、健康與環境的永續發展。
趙哲儀為台大經濟系學士、美國哥倫比亞大學企業管理碩士。曾任高盛集團亞洲分公司戰略部執行董事。
主持人陳虹穎為創新國際學院助理教授，英國杜倫大學地理系博士，研究領域為Urban Research, Social Geography, Cultural and Political Economics
